The Communications Specialist II will support the execution of communication projects for both internal and external audiences. This role focuses on content creation to ensure consistent, engaging, and timely communication across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, this role brings the Lennox brand voice to life across formats including press releases, social media, video scripts, and internal communications. In This Role You Will

Write, edit, and format content for internal publications, intranet, and digital signage. Maintain and update content on the company intranet and Viva Engage platforms. Coordinate the distribution of internal communications across multiple channels. Process communication requests and collaborate with internal clients to understand communication needs and provide editorial support. Ensure all content adheres to brand and editorial guidelines and is delivered on deadline. Draft and distribute press releases and media advisories in alignment with corporate messaging. Support media relations efforts, including responding to inquiries, coordinating interviews, and maintaining media contact lists. Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content across platforms to support campaigns, announcements, and brand engagement. What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of related experience; 2-3 years preferred. Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. What We Offer

Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between

$63,000-$83,000

annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime. Benefits : Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.
