Position Summary
The Remarketing Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing compelling promotions, incentives, and communications that drive the sale of retail, lease, and Stellantis-owned vehicles. This role leverages strong analytical skills to identify target audiences, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize innovative strategies across upstream, midstream, and downstream channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop targeted promotions and incentives campaigns, including direct mail, email, and online promotions, to drive vehicle sales and dealer engagement.
Collect and evaluate promotion effectiveness, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and recommend strategy adjustments to improve ROI and dealer participation.
Identify lead generation opportunities and equip sales teams with tools to reach current and prospective dealers.
Collaborate with internal teams and auction partners to coordinate marketing activities and ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers in assigned regions by conducting proactive outreach, providing tailored support, and clearly communicating the benefits and value of company programs.
Create and manage internal and external email databases and execute email campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant communication to targeted audiences.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions and enhance market positioning.
Oversee the execution of sales enablement initiatives, including direct mail, digital ads, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Required Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience developing a strategic vision in high-volume Remarketing venues.
Education
High school diploma, or GED.
Skills Required
Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational, attention-to-detail, and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and multitask.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software applications.
Strong knowledge of the captive finance and auction industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or four-year college degree.
Experience: Captive/fleet environment liquidating large volumes of lease vehicles.
Certification: Certified Automotive Remarketer (CAR) certification.
Overtime
– Not applicable.
Travel
10-20% - as required on an as needed basis.
Location requirements
Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ.
