We\u2019re Hiring: Executive Assistant to the CEO Columbia, SC | Full-Time Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC) is a compassionate Christian ministry dedicated to enriching the quality of life for seniors of all faiths. We are seeking a highly organized and mission-aligned Executive Assistant to the CEO to support our leadership team and help ensure the smooth operation of our Management Services Office (MSO). Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage calendars, meeting prep, travel, and expense reimbursements Assist with correspondence and preparation of presentations Track action items and assist with projects Maintain contract files and help organize policies and procedures Governance & Compliance: Coordinate Board of Trustees meetings and Board committee meetings, including logistics and documentation Assist with regulatory filings and license renewals Support legal functions and maintain corporate files Office Management: Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep Manage catering and event logistics Develop and support implementation of office procedures and systems Assist with management of fleet vehicles What We\u2019re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
Associate degree 2+ years of relevant administrative experience Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential information Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor\u2019s degree 4+ years of experience in a corporate or nonprofit setting Familiarity with board governance and regulatory compliance Above-average math skills Why PCSC?
