Executive Assistant - Investment & Corporate Banking role at Mizuho. Provide administrative support to Managing Director(s) and members of their team. Overview

We are a premier investment and corporate bank delivering capital markets and advisory solutions. This role supports senior leadership within the Investment & Corporate Banking division. Responsibilities

Manage complex calendar(s) via Outlook. Confirm internal and external meetings. Schedule meetings and coordinate details such as catering, guest registration, conference rooms, and video connectivity when applicable. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Process, submit and maintain business expenses while following policies; follow up for receipts and reimbursement status. Serve as gatekeeper: answer phone lines, screen calls, and deliver detailed messages. Assist with communications among management and the banking division. Administer client data in Salesforce databases (OneBanker and BoardEx). Participate in business unit projects as assigned by management. Collaborate with and provide backup to the administrative team as needed. Oversee general office needs such as ordering supplies and mail distribution. Prepare, revise, print and bind PowerPoint presentations. Act as liaison between the IT department and the business unit for onboarding new hires and troubleshooting purposes. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience within financial services is a plus. Familiarity with Concur; prior experience managing travel and expenses. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Positive, professional attitude; ability to work under pressure. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond timely in a dynamic environment. Attentive to detail; highly organized. Adaptable to change with a sense of urgency; good conflict resolution. Willingness to take initiative and support last-minute requests. Team player who collaborates with bankers, IT, HR, and others.
