Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. Base pay range:
$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr . Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from
$0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour
in specific circumstances. These premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Employment Type:
