KeHE Distributors The Communications & Events Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the Marketing & Internal Communications team across the company’s diverse and geographically distributed workforce. Primary Responsibilities

Drafts, edits, and delivers Internal Communications content including emails, newsletters, intranet articles, internal marketing campaigns, digital signage posts, and presentations through a variety of channels Administers day-to-day operations for Internal Communications Creates clear and consistent messaging that aligns with the company’s strategic plan, culture, and brand guidelines Act as a dedicated content liaison for specific business areas, building relationships to uncover newsworthy updates, achievements, and employee highlights; contribute to a newsroom-style approach that keeps internal audiences informed and engaged Assists in tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of Internal Communications activities Assists in the strategic development and execution of Internal Communications projects and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and/or action Supports content for and promotion of internal events including leadership meetings, awards celebrations, and town halls Provides administrative support for the department Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

Excellent writing and editing skills Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools and Microsoft Dynamics or with other email marketing automation platforms Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Able to tailor communications to audience needs Ability to work well under pressure and multitask High degree of professionalism, self-motivation, and dependability Demonstrates a growth mindset and positivity Strong attention to detail and conceptual thinking Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult with other business areas and provide recommendations for communications strategy and content creation Ability to work independently and lead projects or tasks in a team environment Ability to quickly grasp new software programs and support implementation of new tools EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
