The Marketing Manager provides leadership and oversight of lending products and third-party marketing campaigns. Working with data and strategic insights, the Marketing Manager leads strategic planning and creative development for lending campaigns across all marketing channels. This person works with MCU's residential and commercial lending teams to develop programs, determine the best target, create messaging, implement the programs and measure results. Responsibilities

: Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop strategic marketing and communications plans in alignment with MCU’s core business objectives and mission, vision, and values. Collaborate with Credit Union leadership and Marketing teams to evaluate, manage, and execute on strategic initiatives for mortgage, HELOCs, auto loans, personal loans, student loans, and other new business opportunities. Create forward-thinking strategies and ideas to reach and grow new members and cross-sell existing members using all marketing vehicles - advertising, PR, email, branch materials, website, digital, social and sponsorships. Establish KPI and ROI goals and create reporting and dashboards for key initiatives. Leverage data to support marketing strategy and articulate compelling business cases. Lead market research as needed including tracking studies, segmentation research and third-party research. Lead the marketing team of specialists in the execution of campaigns and marketing materials. Support key priorities of cross sell, lead generation, re-engagement, customer acquisition and retention. Manage day to day business as usual including budgeting, forecasting and monthly results reports Maintain ongoing business relationships with key partners, vendors, and consultants for data analytics, creative development, and targeting/segmentation. Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned. Requirements
7+ years creating and implementing credit union or bank marketing campaigns. Experience with creative and agency service providers. Demonstrated success in planning, organizing, leading people and activities. Ability to motivate, direct and coach staff. Ability to perform in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Technologically proficient. Creative Thinker Leadership Competencies
