We’re seeking a Sr. Manager of Social Media & Creative to join our team and elevate how Peluva shows up across digital platforms. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will partner in shaping our social media strategy while also rolling up their sleeves to execute and maintain consistency of brand voice, tone, and storytelling. Leading a small but mighty team, this person will ensure Peluva’s creative content resonates with customers and drives engagement, growth, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy:

Partner with the Head of Marketing to define Peluva’s social media strategy, aligning with overall marketing goals and brand positioning.

Execution & Content Creation:

Oversee daily content planning, production, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Brand Voice & Tone:

Monitor and refine Peluva’s brand voice and creative expression across all social and digital touchpoints.

Creative Direction:

Lead the development of visual and written content (photo, video, graphics, copy) that tells compelling stories and showcases our products and brand values.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a small creative team, ensuring collaboration, growth, and high-quality output.

Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to audience interactions, cultivating authentic connections and reinforcing brand loyalty.

Analytics & Optimization:

Track social media KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, sentiment), analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Trend Spotting:

Stay ahead of cultural and digital trends to keep Peluva’s content relevant, innovative, and shareable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Product, Growth Marketing, and Operations teams to align content with campaigns, launches, and business objectives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in social media and creative strategy, ideally with consumer lifestyle, footwear, or apparel brands.

Proven ability to both develop strategy and execute hands-on content creation.

Strong track record of growing social media presence and driving engagement.

Experience managing and mentoring small creative teams.

Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut/CapCut, etc.) and social scheduling platforms.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

Familiarity with AI tools for marketing (creative generation, predictive analytics, audience targeting, workflow automation).

Strong eye for design, copywriting, and storytelling that resonates with digital audiences.

Startup experience is a plus—comfortable in fast-paced, resourceful environments.

Passion for footwear, fashion, or consumer lifestyle brands is a plus.
