Lead Designer
to elevate and evolve our visual identity across every touchpoint, from marketing campaigns to internal communications. In this role, you’ll translate business and brand strategy into compelling creative assets that bring our mission to life. You’ll be the design engine behind our brand storytelling, working closely with cross-functional teams and creative partners to maintain consistency, clarity, and quality across channels. What You’ll Do Design high-quality assets for digital campaigns, paid and organic social, email, website, product marketing, and internal communications Evolve and maintain Allara’s visual identity and brand systems, ensuring consistency and polish across all channels Translate briefs and strategic goals into on-brand, effective creative concepts Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute creative across multiple initiatives Participate in concept development and support art direction for photoshoots and creative production Create and manage templates, guidelines, and scalable design systems for team-wide use Explore and incorporate new tools and technologies (including AI design tools and motion/interactive design) into your workflow Who You Are You’re a thoughtful, creative who blends strategy, systems thinking, and strong design execution.
