Position: Brand Representative (Sales Associate) – Altar’d State, The Summit, Birmingham, AL. Reports to Store Leadership. Drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual sales goals that support store objectives. Location: 177 - The Summit - Birmingham, AL. Employment type: Part-time. Seniority level: Entry level. What We Offer

Provides excellent guest service by anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to Altar’d State service standards Acknowledges, interacts and builds relationships with guests; creates guest loyalty Consistently receives positive, unsolicited guest feedback Communicates effectively with store management and guests Treats others fairly, with respect, and values differences; does not pass judgment on potential guests Supports an environment of learning and trust by acting as a positive role model for all fellow sales associates Process
– Completes opening/closing procedures and sales associate tasks as directed by management with a guest focus; locates merchandise, maintains organization, processes transactions accurately, handles cash, and reports any loss Prevention concerns; maintains a safe work environment; assists in inventory preparation; adheres to time and attendance requirements Presentation
– Assists in merchandising and window displays; maintains a clean and presentable store; adheres to dress and grooming standards Qualifications
Brand Representatives (Sales Associates) must be at least 18 years of age Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting; may climb ladders and stairs; must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly Equal Opportunity
