Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and organized Interior Designer with proven experience in all aspects of high-end residential design. The ideal candidate will envision and manage parts of a project, taking ownership of tasks such as budgeting, pricing, vendor correspondence, sourcing, AutoCAD documentation (furniture plans and rendered elevations), client presentation support, and project timeline maintenance. Responsibilities

Curate and source furniture, lighting, fabrics, and finishes Update and maintain detailed furniture plans in AutoCAD Create and update rendered elevations in AutoCAD Collaborate with Design Managers to prepare client presentations Manage project budgets, timelines, and day-to-day project needs and expectations, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction Qualifications

Professional Degree in Interior Design or related field 5+ years of post-degree experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with high-end residential projects Willingness to travel periodically for projects and to contribute to installations on-site Ability to manage junior team members and communicate effectively with senior staff Passionate, self-motivated, and creative designer with a strong eye for detail Compensation

At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position is between $80,000 - $115,000. Final salary decisions are made based upon the extent and relatedness of the candidate's education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must already possess long-term work authorization.
