Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager Edward Jones is deploying Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver personalized, automated experiences for clients and prospects. This role participates in activating SFMC within the technology stack and leading multi-channel client and prospect journeys. What You'll Do

The SFMC Deployment Manager will engage with Marketing stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and map them to Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality. Partner with the Journey Orchestration team to guide setup of targeted client and prospect journeys across multiple channels using SFMC. Design complex, multi-touch customer journeys leveraging marketing analytics from SFMC and Financial Services Cloud. Assist Campaign Developer in building campaigns using HTML and AMPscript or via the editor. Ensure campaigns, designs, and templates are optimized for users and devices. Configure and schedule proof deployments and live sends for campaigns. Monitor campaign sending and validate completion. Create, edit, and manage subscriber data, imports, queries, and segmentation. Collaborate with data analytics to build efficiencies in execution specs and audience count operations. Use data to optimize audience selection and test campaigns to meet targets. Support enterprise-wide implementation of Marketing Cloud. Act as a subject matter expert on Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, and Salesforce CDP. Provide guidance on integrations with Salesforce and third-party applications. Work with the public websites team to ensure consistent, tailored experiences across channels. Own maintenance of code snippets and campaign template systems (editing, updating, QA). Proactively suggest process and system improvements to maximize value from Marketing Cloud. Measure, analyze, and share campaign performance, test results, and learnings to inform decisions across the team. Collaborate with partners on special projects, including transactional and triggered journeys and third-party integrations via APIs. What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism, web development, or information management preferred, or related/equivalent work experience. 7+ years of experience in marketing/communications, financial services marketing, journalism, social media strategy, web/intranet development, user-centered design, direct marketing, and/or project management. 1+ years experience with HTML and AMPscript. 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience developing, executing, and managing strategic email marketing initiatives. Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and CCPA. Ability to set up data extensions, filters, and data refreshes to create sendable audiences. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on SFMC and related systems. Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Marketing Cloud Developer certifications. Datorama experience is a plus. Candidates within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO may be required to work in the office three days per week (preference for Tue–Thu). Hiring Details
