Overview
Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, and review room designs to make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these three priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities
Provide fast, thorough, and friendly customer service; welcome customers and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs. Offer showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measurements, and review room designs to make purchasing recommendations. Monitor and restock samples and brochures to support stock levels. Maintain clean, appealing, and safe special order displays and showroom environments. Contribute to achieving department and store goals through sales support aligned with the three priorities.
