The

Email & CRM Marketing Manager

is a data-driven, lifecycle-focused marketer responsible for building and scaling the company’s email, SMS, and CRM programs. This role will develop and execute strategies that drive Advisor engagement, customer retention, and revenue growth by delivering the right message to the right audience at the right time. Working closely with the Ecommerce, Brand, and Product Marketing teams, this person will design the full customer and Advisor lifecycle—from acquisition through post-purchase and reactivation—by optimizing segmentation, automation, and personalization. They’ll own both the execution of high-impact campaigns and the architecture that powers long-term lifecycle communication. This is a

— the Email & CRM Marketing Manager will define how lifecycle and segmentation strategies come to life for both Advisors and direct customers. By combining strategic thinking with flawless execution, this person will lay the foundation for a scalable CRM program that deepens relationships, strengthens retention, and drives measurable growth. Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle & Segmentation Strategy (40%)

Build and maintain a

comprehensive segmentation framework

across Advisor tiers (new, hobbyist, business builder) and customer groups. Develop and launch

lifecycle programs

including onboarding, post-purchase, nurture, win-back, and reactivation flows. Partner with Ecommerce to ensure data integrity and trigger accuracy across Shopify, GA4, and Klaviyo. Define and document audience journeys to ensure Advisors and customers receive distinct, relevant experiences. Continually assess gaps and propose improvements to lifecycle touchpoints using performance data and qualitative insights. Campaign Management & Execution (30%)

Plan, build, and execute campaigns supporting product launches, promotions, and Advisor communications. Ensure flawless delivery through rigorous QA, and integration with SMS when appropriate. Own the

email landing page experience , collaborating with Ecommerce and Creative to align design and conversion goals. Coordinate with Brand to ensure messaging alignment across all customer-facing channels. Partner with the Ecommerce team during major initiatives (e.g., website launch) to QA email triggers, redirects, and transactional workflows. Performance Tracking & Optimization (30%)

Build CRM dashboards that unify campaign and lifecycle performance reporting (open rates, CTR, conversion, LTV). Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across subject lines, creative, and send-time variables to continually improve KPIs. Deliver actionable weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations to Marketing leadership. Develop a

6- to 12-month CRM roadmap

outlining future lifecycle programs and optimization priorities. Skills & Qualification

4+ years of hands-on email / CRM marketing experience in an eCommerce or multi-audience environment. Proven success designing and implementing lifecycle programs and segmentation strategies. Expertise in ESP platforms (preferably Klaviyo), automation workflows, and dynamic personalization. Strong analytical ability with experience in GA4, Shopify, and/or Looker Studio. Excellent project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong copy and creative sensibility to ensure campaigns are both visually and strategically on-brand. Familiarity with compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA). Seniority level
