Description
The Ambassador is the patient point of contact for Nutritional Services, on their designated unit or area, and supports the department through all aspects of the meal process from patient meal section, tray assembly, transport, delivery and retrieval of the completed food patient/resident nourishments & inventories and stock unit kitchens.
Responsibilities
Serve as the patient point of contact for Nutritional Services on the designated unit or area.
Support the meal process, including patient meal service, tray assembly, transport, delivery and retrieval of nourishments.
Assist with inventories and stock of unit kitchens as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 to 2 years of working experience in a customer service setting, preferably in Healthcare and/or Food Service.
Working knowledge of therapeutic diets and basic computer skills.
Details Status: 6:00am – 7:30pm (24 hours)
Rate of Pay: $17.25 per hour. Experience differential after one year of service.
