Overview
Associate Vice President – I assist tier-one hedge funds, prop trading firms, & asset managers in placing top quantitative talent across the U.S. Partnering with one of the largest financial services firms in the U.S., we\'re supporting their strategic headcount expansion heading into 2026. Specifically, we\'re working with the investment banking division, which is actively seeking an Equity Quant Trader. Over the past two years, the firm has made electronic trading a top priority, investing heavily in their technology and leadership to build out this capability from the ground up. This role offers a rare greenfield opportunity: unlike many E-Trading teams operating on legacy platforms, this group is building a modern, scalable infrastructure from scratch. This role will report directly to the Head of Electronic Trading and will play a key role in the quantitative research and development of trading analytics. It\'s an ideal position for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager to shape the foundation of a next-generation trading platform and gain meaningful experience in a high-impact, build-focused environment.
