We are seeking a part-time, in-office Digital Marketing Manager based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, to independently plan, execute, and optimize our marketing strategy across all digital channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO, PPC, content creation, and digital advertising efforts to drive lead generation and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation for high-value legal services. Perform all SEO functions (technical audits, keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, backlink building). Create and manage Google Ads campaigns; optimize for conversions and ROI. Maintain and enhance our Google Business Profile for local SEO. Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools. Plan and execute content strategies including blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns. Manage the firm's website (content updates, performance monitoring, UX improvements). Stay current with SEO/PPC trends and competitive positioning. Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Proven ability to plan, build, and execute SEO and PPC campaigns independently. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Experience creating high-quality, conversion-focused web content. Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills. Compensation and Hours
15–25 hours per week, in-office. Hourly rate or salary commensurate with experience and skill level. Opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities over time.
