Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO selling model to help them find exactly what they need, with a "friends first" mindset. We provide training on the AEO Selling Model.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
Promote the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Collaborate with the team to achieve goals.
Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
