Overview
The Foundation Executive Assistant provides high-level support to the Foundation President, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and strong donor and board engagement. This role manages the President’s calendar, correspondence, and special projects, while contributing to fundraising, stewardship, and governance efforts. Responsibilities
Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence. Serve as point of contact for internal and external communications. Support donor stewardship and conduct prospect research. Coordinate board meetings, materials, and follow-up actions. Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and create presentations. Collaborate with accounting to process gifts and expenditures. Assist with office operations and special projects as needed. Compensation & Benefits

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 5+ years as an Executive Assistant (nonprofit/foundation experience preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and data management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to create polished presentations. Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information. Preferred
Experience with donor research and fundraising systems. Knowledge of nonprofit board governance. Employment type
