Deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with customers and applying customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and procedures; prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures. Initiate and participate in store recovery; maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives to maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking For
Possesses excellent customer service skills Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of multi-tasking Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Benefits
