As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you are proud to be the face of our company and are passionate about AE and Aerie products. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent guest service, and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to help them find exactly what they are looking for. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to get the job done. Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity. Youd Be Great For This Role If
