As a Marketing & Communications Associate at The Oncenter & Empower FCU Amphitheater, you will assist with the implementation and execution of marketing and sponsorship initiatives. The position requires the ability to collaborate with internal and external clients to achieve marketing goals. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Capture and edit photo/video content for events, programs, and campaigns to engage target audiences. Create and schedule posts across media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.) while maintaining brand integrity, monitor engagement and respond to inquiries promptly. Support email marketing, including formatting, copywriting, and list management. Track and report on campaign performance (social, email, and content analytics) and recommend improvements. Maintain an organized library of creative assets and ensure materials align with brand guidelines and messaging standards. Collaborate with team members and departments to highlight initiatives, events, and success stories. Stay current with digital marketing and content creation trends to bring fresh ideas to the team. Update and maintain content for the venue website, as directed. Assist with implementation of advertising campaigns as needed. On-site media coordination and social media content creation, including photography and live streams, during assigned events (evenings and weekends required). Assist with graphic design and creative projects in Adobe design platforms and/or Canva for digital and print-ready materials. Assist with management and implementation of ASM marketing and sponsorship programs, including media buying, social media, email blasts, press releases, website maintenance, newsletters, outreach, and sponsorship activation as directed. Collaboratively work with the venue sales team, under guidance from the Director, to create promotional materials for clients and events. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required; Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related studies preferred Prior marketing experience or related internship required Skills And Abilities

Strong computer skills with ability to learn and master new applications Experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools; experience with scheduling platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout, Mailchimp) Knowledge of effective social media strategy and best practices High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Basic photography/videography skills and familiarity with editing software (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) Knowledge of basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Mailchimp metrics, etc.) Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong written and verbal communication Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong digital media and presentation skills; excellent organizational skills Ability to adapt to changes, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks Creative thinker eager to learn and contribute new ideas Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards and professionalism Hours vary with event scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Demands

Must be able to walk/stand/sit for extended periods May work indoors and outdoors as required by the function Ability to maneuver around facilities, potentially up to 8-10 hours daily Position may involve exposure to loud noises, pyrotechnics, etc. Note:
