Job Overview SFM is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to serve as an Executive Assistant to four senior individuals. This is a full-time, four-days-in-office position, based in either our Greenwich, CT or New York, NY office. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution of priorities while exercising discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment in a fast-paced environment. Major Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to approximately four senior leaders/portfolio managers. Manage telephones: triage incoming calls, handle directly where possible, and escalate as needed. Oversee complex calendar management: schedule and confirm meetings with internal and external parties; remind managers of upcoming meetings and assist in material preparation and distribution. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Build and maintain strong external relationships crucial to the success of the teams you support (e.g., brokers, company management teams). Prepare meeting summaries, notes, presentations, memos, board reports, and other correspondence. Process travel and expense reports via Workday. Manage or assist with various department projects as needed. Provide back-up coverage for executive and administrative assistants on an as-needed basis. Handle occasional personal tasks. Ability to be flexible and proactive. Compensation The base salary is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $125,000. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive a discretionary year-end bonus.
