Systematically organize Team files for internal users, ensuring logical structure and easy discoverability. Conduct a thorough purge of outdated or irrelevant content from existing Team brand sites. Set up team site with external audiences (Ensure IT rules are followed) for files sharing. Build TOP brands portal in Veeva PromoMats. Proactively update and refresh content on Team brand sites, ensuring all information is current and accurate. Collaborate with brand teams to understand content needs and ensure sites reflect current strategies. Implement best practices for digital file management and content governance. Qualifications
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications): Education: Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, Analytics Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel experience Highly self-motivated and driven leadership Preferred qualifications
Have an interest in making a difference, pets, sustainability, veterinary medicine, or market research Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint functionalities Proactive approach to identifying and resolving content management challenges Additional Information
