GM Performance Power Units – Concord, NC Executive Assistant Department: HR Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support, managing schedules and correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and presentations, and acting as a liaison for the executive and other stakeholders. Core duties involve strong organizational, communication, and tech skills, while advanced responsibilities can include project management, managing sensitive information, and providing strategic support to senior leadership in a fast-paced, often entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities

Administrative & Clerical Support: Managing and coordinating emails, filing, preparing documents, and maintaining databases. Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinating meetings, appointments; supporting execution of events for the executive and other team members onsite and offsite. Travel Coordination: Arranging flights, hotels, transportation, and other logistics for business travel; coordinating international travel and preparing expense reports both domestic and international. Communication & Correspondence: Drafting and editing letters, memos, and reports, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; for internal meetings provide support to keep track of what meetings are taking place/ logistics of meetings. Information Management: Maintaining corporate records, analyzing information, and preparing statistical reports and presentations. Meeting & Event Coordination: Organizing meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions. Required Qualifications

5+ years of Executive level administration experience The ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and executives. Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and other communication and project management tools. The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality. A dynamic and results-oriented individual who can exercise good judgment and anticipate needs. Experience with international expense reports, international travel arrangements supporting C Suite level Executives. Work Environment

Executive Assistants often work in environments with high workloads and demands. The role often evolves into a strategic business partnership, requiring high levels of trust and access. Variety of industries and settings, with responsibilities varying depending on the executive support. Handles all the prep for meetings and always thinking about what’s ahead. Motorsport industry is a plus. Finance and legal experience are also a plus. Why Join Us
