Video Editor – US Based Remote role at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. THE STUDIO is the award-winning in-house design agency of Anywhere.re, focused on elegant, innovative solutions that elevate brands and transform how audiences engage with products and services. The role reports to the Creative Director and involves leading visual storytelling across multiple formats, including traditional video and emerging generative AI techniques. Responsibilities
Cinematic Craftsmanship: apply advanced editing techniques including color grading, motion graphics, and sound design to create emotionally resonant and visually compelling content. Platform-Specific Storytelling: adapt content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and internal platforms. Organized Workflow: maintain meticulous file systems and version control across multiple projects to ensure efficiency and consistency. Trend Awareness: stay current on trends in real estate media, luxury branding, and social video formats to keep content fresh and relevant. Strategic and Creative Vision: collaborate with the Creative Director and stakeholders to translate business goals into powerful creative strategies aligned with brand identity. Project Oversight: manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Brand Stewardship: uphold and evolve THE STUDIO’s visual identity so outputs reflect the brand’s sophistication and innovation. Qualifications
6+ years in a video editing role, ideally within an agency, in-house creative team, or tech-forward organization. Deep expertise in visual storytelling, editing, motion graphics, and generative AI across digital and traditional mediums. Advanced skills in editing software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro; familiarity with Blender, Figma, and Midjourney; openness to exploring new technologies. Innovative mindset with a passion for integrating music, design, and technology to create memorable experiences. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor creatives and foster collaboration and inclusion. Portfolio: a reel showcasing a range of visually stunning, strategically memorable work across multiple platforms.
