Memphis - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid) Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 1 to 5 years of litigation experience to join the Memphis office. Labor and employment law experience is strongly preferred. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials. Candidate must be licensed or have the ability to become licensed to practice law in Tennessee. Mississippi and/or Arkansas licenses are a plus. About Littler
