Job Description
We're seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our SaaS marketing team. You'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content that drives engagement, boosts brand awareness, and supports our growth objectives across multiple digital platforms. As our Graphics Designer, you'll craft eye-catching social media posts, engaging video content, and dynamic reels that communicate our software's value proposition to potential customers. You'll work closely with our marketing team to translate complex SaaS concepts into visually appealing, easy-to-understand content that resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Design high-quality social media posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram Create engaging video content and animated reels for social platforms Develop infographics that simplify complex SaaS features and benefits Design email marketing graphics and web banners Create presentation decks and one-pagers for sales support Brand Consistency
Maintain brand guidelines across all visual content Ensure consistent visual identity across multiple marketing channels Adapt designs for different platform requirements and specifications Collaboration & Strategy
Work with marketing team to understand campaign objectives Participate in content planning and creative brainstorming sessions Analyze performance metrics to optimize visual content strategy Coordinate with copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging Requirements
Essential Skills
1+ years of experience
in graphic design, preferably in SaaS or tech industry Proficiency in design software:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, or equivalent tools Video editing expertise:
Experience with motion graphics, animations, and video editing for social media Social media design knowledge:
Understanding of platform-specific requirements, dimensions, and best practices SaaS industry familiarity:
Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and technology concepts Freshers are encourage to apply Technical Requirements
Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content, video editing, and brand design work Knowledge of current design trends and social media algorithms Experience with design systems and brand guidelines Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred but not required) Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms Soft Skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects Creative problem-solving mindset Attention to detail and quality Adaptability to fast-paced startup environment Self-motivated with ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications
