Edit the biweekly newsletter on Processing Meat, written by Kenny Torrella. Assist the Future Perfect editorial director in setting and keeping priorities, both daily and over the medium and long term projects — especially in the area of agriculture and animal welfare — and step in to help lead the staff as a whole when the editor is away.
