Infection Prevention Manager
to join their team. This full-time, permanent
day-shift
role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful infection prevention efforts in a high-performing, community-focused hospital. Responsibilities of the Infection Prevention Manager:
Manage a team of Infection Preventionists and lead infection prevention programs and committees in a highly autonomous setting
Develop and update infection prevention policies
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reporting
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical leaders across the organization
Requirements for Infection Prevention Manager:
Associate or Bachelor’s in Nursing
OR
Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Science
2+ years of acute care clinical experience (infection prevention experience preferred)
Current RN license
OR
BSMT (ASCP) or equivalent
CIC certification required
(or ability to obtain within 1 year)
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
