Temporary HRIS Analyst

Master Degree . The RealTruck Human Resources field is seeking qualified applicants for this temporary role. Responsibilities
Be at the forefront of revolutionizing HR technology with proven experience in HRIS implementation, focusing on UKG systems. Manage the seamless integration of acquired employees into the UKG system. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to data migration and related processes. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a seamless exchange of information. Collaborate with team members to support project updates and issues for internal customers, vendors, and management. Analyze system changes to determine impact on systems and business processes; assist in testing and implementation of upgrades and enhancements. Provide system support, research and resolve application problems, and recommend alternative methods to meet requirements. Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; deliver training and assist system users. Identify process improvements and best practices to reduce redundancies and maximize system use. Support business expansions and work with subject matter experts to meet business requirements. Keep aware of current HRMS trends and apply key technologies to product and service development, delivery, and support. Qualifications & Requirements
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management information systems, or a related field is required. 2+ years of HRIS experience in a complex, multi-site organization is required. Experience using Ultimate Software (UKG) is preferred. Required Licenses None. Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge Strong understanding of database design, structures, functions, and processes; experience with database tools. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ability to develop reports and queries for various audiences. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with limited supervision; strong planning, organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills. Strong verbal and written communication; ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Proven accuracy and attention to detail; ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to develop and implement training. Travel Occasional travel may be required. About RealTruck
