Senior Corporate Recruiter , you will lead the full-cycle recruiting process for critical early-career roles across our North American offices. You will identify and attract high-impact early career professionals (1-3 years) and new graduates for early career and entry-level opportunities by developing strong relationships with local universities to build strong recruiting pipelines. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. We\'re looking for a natural

What You Will Do

The

Senior Corporate Recruiter

is responsible for leading the entire recruiting life-cycle for critical early-career and entry-level roles. This includes: Sourcing and Attracting Talent:

Partnering with hiring managers to define job profiles and develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates. Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Managing all stages of the process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers. Relationship Building:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with universities and other external partners to build a pipeline of new talent. Communication:

Ensuring consistent and timely communication with all stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners. Event Management:

Organizing and running recruitment events, particularly those focused on college hiring.

Your Qualifications

7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in recruiting for professional exempt positions in the areas of Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing Demonstrated success in recruiting new college graduates Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree). Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems. Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Handshake is a plus. Strong project management, event management, prioritization, and customer service skills.
