What You’ll Do
Participate in regular training sessions to learn about event operations, promotions, and client products
Engage with customers face-to-face to promote brand awareness and build positive relationships
Assist with customer account setup and management
Set, track, and achieve team and individual goals in collaboration with management
Provide exceptional service to maintain long-term client satisfaction
Mentor and guide new representatives as you develop your leadership skills
Support overall event execution and contribute to creating memorable brand experiences
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Background in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus
