The Role We’re
urgently seeking
a hands-on, tech-savvy AV Technician to help us deliver jaw-dropping home automation projects across Tampa Bay and beyond. You’ll be our boots on the ground—installing, testing, and making magic happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
Bringing dream homes to life by installing cutting-edge AV systems and integrating them with smart platforms
Terminating and managing cables like a true artist—clean, efficient, flawless
Teaming up with designers, project managers, and other techs to crush deadlines and exceed expectations
Solving problems on the fly and wowing clients with your knowledge and professionalism
Working in beautiful homes with amazing tech every day—never a boring job here
You’re a Fit If
You’ve got solid AV field experience and love getting your hands on the newest tech
You’re a cable-whisperer who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Control4, Savant, Crestron—if you know ’em, that’s a bonus
You’ve got great communication skills, a killer work ethic, and a team-first mindset
You’re comfortable lifting equipment and climbing ladders when needed
You’ve got a valid driver’s license and are ready to hit the road
