Global Marketing Manager Position Overview We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and highly organized professional who can execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and elevate the BMM Innovation Group’s marketing presence globally. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital advertising, social media, content creation, SEO, and analytics, and will thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize BMM Innovation Group’s digital presence across web, email, social, and other media channels. Develop and execute campaigns to support lead generation, brand awareness, and recruitment initiatives. Create compelling content for web, social media, newsletters, webinars, and digital ads, aligned with our brand voice and messaging. Oversee company website updates, ensuring SEO best practices and user experience are optimized. Monitor digital campaign performance and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Support activations at global trade shows, webinars, and online events. Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep BMM Innovation Group at the forefront. Support BMM Innovation Group’s global events, including trade shows, conferences, and employee engagement activities, by assisting with planning, digital promotion, on-site coordination and support, partnerships, and post-event marketing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–5 years of marketing experience (digital, social media, events, communications, and/or public relations), preferably in B2B or technology sectors. Proficiency in digital platforms including Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress (or similar CMS), and SEO tools. Experience creating email marketing campaigns, using tools such as ActiveCampaign. Strong writing and content creation skills with an eye for design and brand. Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Eventbrite desired, but not required. Experience with social media management and paid campaigns. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects across global time zones, including experience with project-management tools (Monday.com, Trello, or similar).
