## Integrated Brand ManagerBenton Harbor,Michigan,USAThe Brand Management team promotes and maintains the brand image at local, national or international levels. The team is responsible for the strategic commercial presence of our mass brands (Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, and Amana) throughout North America. This team handles brand positioning, identity, campaign strategy, development and market activation by driving upstream innovation, launching products, making brand decisions based on consumer insights, and developing comprehensive marketing plans, including direct to consumer and national and regional retailer activation. They transform research and insights into compelling brand strategies, creating programs that drive value and sales for our customers while continuing to build the story of our brands for consumers.This role may sit in Benton Harbor, MI or Chicago, IL.## **This role in summary**Join our team and work on one of the most iconic consumer brands. In this role, you will collaborate with the portfolio, strategy, media, social media, and in-house creative agency (WoW Studios) teams to craft compelling and comprehensive brand campaign strategies and activations from inception to execution. Your focus will be on maintaining consistency across all channels while introducing innovative concepts that resonate with contemporary consumers. Success in this role entails a deep understanding of our brand's history, coupled with the ability to position it for future growth, thereby driving robust engagement, enhancing brand relevance, and building brand equity.## **Your responsibilities will include*** Lead strategy, development and activation of integrated brand campaigns, driving brand preference and growth* Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness* Own brand campaign brief and briefing process and oversee execution of the campaigns across all touchpoints* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, channel, sales, digital and other departments* Works with internal (WoW Studios) and external agencies

on campaign creative ideas and asset development (PR, Influencer, Creative)* Manage overarching timeline for campaign development and activation process across organization (media, social media, activation, WoW Studios, external agencies, legal, portfolio, engineering)* Manage campaign budget, making sure highest efficiency and effectiveness of spend* Own consumer focused campaign messaging internally and externally,

including but not limited to the sales engagement story, channel partners/retailers story and communication to internal stakeholders to emphasize why they should be excited about campaign, the business impact and value provided to consumers* Align brand priorities in collaboration with Integrated Brand Director and Senior Manager## **Minimum requirements*** Bachelor’s Degree* 5+ years of experience in marketing## **Preferred skills and experiences*** Experience developing product positioning and launching new products across Integrated Marketing Campaigns* Proven experience owning campaign development process, framework, and governance structure* Experience leveraging data and trends to generate insights and transform them into marketing strategies* Passionate about staying ahead of the industry trends and consumer behaviors* Experience driving results through a matrix environment* Excellent communication and collaboration skills## **What we offer**, Whirlpool employee discount, fitness & educational reimbursement programs, kitchenettes, and more!
