As a global company, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world.**Job Summary**As a Product Designer at FreeWheel, you’ll own end-to-end design for key features within our core platform—turning research insights and business goals into intuitive workflows. You’ll work closely with a dedicated triad of PMs and engineers, report to a Design Manager, and actively contribute to our design system and critique culture.**Job Description****Core Responsibilities*** Design user-centered workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and specs aligned with our design system.* Translate high-level requirements into clear, actionable design solutions; challenge assumptions and clarify the “why.”* Collaborate with PM and engineering in agile rituals; present and defend design rationale in reviews.* Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze findings, and iterate quickly.* Suggest new patterns and propose updates to shared components for consistency and scalability.**About You*** Experience: 3–5 years designing digital products, ideally complex B2B workflows.* Craft Skills: Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals; proficient with Figma and prototyping tools.* Research Literacy: Comfortable planning and synthesizing usability studies.* Systems Mindset: Skilled at designing within and contributing to a shared component library.* Collaboration: Clear communicator, receptive to feedback, proactive in cross-functional settings.* Portfolio: Case studies showing end-to-end feature ownership and measurable impact.* Bonus: Familiarity with responsive design, HTML/CSS/JS, or mentoring experience.**Skills**Collaboration, Design Fundamentals, Prototyping, System Designs, Wireframing**Compensation**Primary Location Pay Range: $96,188.31 - $144,282.47Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
