UX/UI Designer
who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to craft intuitive, high-impact experiences across both hardware and software platforms. Must be Fluent in both Mandarin(Chinese) and English What You'll Do: End-to-End Experience Design Own the UX/UI process from research to final pixel. Design seamless, user-centered interfaces across our product suite—POS terminals (handheld, stationary, kiosks), mobile apps, dashboards, and customer-facing displays. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate business goals and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems. Navigate cross-time-zone collaboration (US/China) with clarity and flexibility. Simplify Complexity Break down intricate user workflows into clean, efficient, and elegant designs across web, mobile, and hardware. Research & Validation Conduct user studies, interpret analytics, and integrate feedback iteratively to fine-tune design decisions. Produce high-fidelity mockups, interaction specs, and robust documentation while contributing to the evolution of our design system. Lead design reviews and ideation workshops that bring alignment and elevate the team’s creative output. What We're Looking For: 2+ years
of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects Proficiency with tools like
Figma ,
Sketch , or
Adobe XD Solid understanding of
UX principles
and the ability to apply methodologies effectively Proven experience designing across the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch Strong
cross-functional communication skills , with the ability to align teams and advocate for users Fluent in both Chinese and English —comfortable using both languages as working languages in meetings, documentation, and team discussions Self-motivated and
proactive mindset —comfortable proposing product improvements even without explicit direction or authority Able to handle
pressure
