This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules and confidential information. The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of executive-level priorities. Job Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the COO and President/CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reporting. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, events, and travel. Serve as a gatekeeper and point of contact. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions. Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by executive leadership. Manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Build strong relationships across departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs. Performs other duties as assigned.
