Territory Manager - The Valley, TX (Corpus Christi)

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr This position is with Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. The company focuses on external and internal cardiac medical device markets and combines high quality with wearable design to support patient care. Overview A Territory Manager is responsible for securing new business and managing a sales area independently, often remotely from Kestra main offices. This role involves direct sales to a variety of clinical settings, providing training, on-going product service and support, and assistance with the reimbursement process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Responsible for the sales and ongoing support of Kestra products Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as well as performance-based objectives Grow and develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within the territory Prepare quarterly Business Plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership Ensure responsible and appropriate use of budgeted expenses by adhering to Kestra policies and procedures Attend key exhibits and conventions, as required Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care team Provide key feedback and information in a timely manner to appropriate internal stakeholders Work closely with leadership across the Sales and Marketing Teams to implement market strategies Manage sales cycle from introduction to product delivery Build long-term partnerships from sales calls Manage pipeline of customers Proactively maintain positive client relationships Respond to client issues and complaints Maintain records and sales data Adhere to Pledge of Confidentiality Information regarding patients is confidential and may only be released internally on a need-to-know basis and with patient consent as required. Passion: Urgency and commitment to continuous improvement Integrity: Highest ethical standards Collaboration/Teamwork: Inclusive teamwork across geography and roles Action/Results: Decisive planning and timely execution Innovation: Generation of new ideas Customer Focus: Exceed expectations in products, services, and experience Emotional Intelligence: Manage emotions and influence others in pressure situations Requirements Education/Experience Required: 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience 3+ years of outside sales experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Must reside in the assigned territory Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR Strong business acumen; excellent written and verbal communication Familiarity with MS Office, including MS Teams Post-offer credentialing for hospital systems (vaccination status, background check, drug screening, HIPAA, etc.) Preferred: Experience calling cardiologists, electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, or cath lab professionals Understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) process and cardiac care landscape Internal candidates may be considered if they demonstrate performance aligned with sales expectations WORK ENVIRONMENT Fast-paced field role Noise typical of field/clinical settings Extended hours as needed Drug-free workplace; post-offer testing may be required PHYSICAL DEMANDS Frequent computer use; ability to lift up to 40 pounds TRAVEL Frequent domestic travel by car and/or air up to 90% BENEFITS Kestra offers a competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K with Match, etc. Compensation includes an annual salary of $100,000 plus bonus and uncapped commission, commensurate with experience and location.
