Position Overview
I am seeking dynamic insurance professionals for the office of Tim Ford - State Farm Agent who are interested in helping my business grow through value based conversations and remarkable customer experience. The Ideal candidate will have Iowa Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Life and Health Licenses already in place. We will allow for time to obtain the necessary licensing prior to starting.
Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
