Develop and produce engaging, original, relevant, and high-quality content across the College’s digital platforms, implementing a social content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Build and execute digital marketing campaigns, plan and schedule social media posts, monitor conversations, and engage with the College’s stakeholders in real time. Tag content, monitor engagement traffic, generate reports, analyze insights and results, and make recommendations for future content and posts. Maintain a digital content calendar to promote events, initiatives, and goals for the College. Suggest and implement new ideas to enhance brand awareness and audience participation. Facilitate digital advertising efforts for the College’s departments and units, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Ensure College units understand how digital advertising can support recruitment efforts. Provide support for the College’s digital advertising efforts. Collaborate on creative content for free media channels; review copy and creative before publication; manage a social media student worker; provide professional development and mentorship opportunities; approve timesheets in OneSource. Undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, or related field Three years or more of demonstrable expertise in managing social media with focus on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, including creating ads through Meta Ads Manager Strong attention to detail, self-starter, takes initiative, and ability to work independently and in a team Ability to compile, report, and analyze social media analytics Time management and ability to work with little supervision Creative and innovative problem solving Excellent written and verbal communication, including editing and presentation Impeccable grammar and spelling; working knowledge of AP Style LinkedIn job posting knowledge preferred Working knowledge of graphic design software Commitment to outstanding customer service Ability to multitask; strong work ethic; high standards for quality Excellent interpersonal, organization, and planning skills Knowledge on Physical Demands
