Job Description
Position: Instructional Designer/Trainer Location: NYC Duration: 5+ months
We are hiring an experienced Instructional Designer/Trainer with financial knowledge in training complex software and compliance initiatives. The Instructional Designer/Trainer will own deliverables and training for a large-scale institutional program, developing quick reference guides, Captivate Modules, and paper-based deliverables. The position requires a balance between instructional design, training (Webex and classroom), and logistics coordination, with flexibility for late nights/early mornings. Responsibilities
Establish and implement a program evaluation strategy, reporting out on learning feedback and impact to key stakeholders. Independently plan, design, and implement innovative, end-to-end learning projects that support complex organizational change. Perform administrative work, including coordination of LMS administration and scheduling. Qualifications
Qualifications:
5+ years of training/instructional design experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Expert-level knowledge in MS Office and Adobe Captivate Highly skilled in project managing large-scale initiatives across multiple lines of business Adult Learning Theory Business & Financial Acumen Change Management LMS Administration Required:
