PEPL is seeking a Human Resources Communications Manager for a client in the manufacturing industry. The Human Resources Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing clear, consistent, and engaging internal and external communications that align with company culture, values, and strategic initiatives. This role ensures employees are informed and engaged through effective messaging, while also supporting external branding and recruiting campaigns across multiple platforms. The Human Resources Communications Manager partners with HR, IT, Recruiting, and business leaders to deliver timely, accurate, and creative communications. Content Creation & Writing:

Draft, edit, and publish compelling content for internal announcements, Company updates, newsletters, TVs, Email, and external employer brand materials. Internal Communications:

Partner with HR and leadership to communicate company news, policy changes, and initiatives in a clear, consistent, and engaging way, ensuring employees feel informed, valued, and proud to be a part of the company. Employee Newsletter:

Lead the monthly newsletter process by sourcing stories, writing copy, and delivering engaging content that highlights employees, company events, and culture. Facility TVs:

Lead design of slides across the facilities to ensure tv screens at each location are showing the latest content and messages compliment other mediums as part of an overall communications strategy Employee Engagement:

Develop creative communication campaigns that connect employees to the company mission, values, and community. Social Media & Employment Branding:

Manage the company’s HR-related social media presence and employment brand strategy; create posts that showcase culture, diversity, career opportunities, and employee stories. Maintain Career and About Us webpages. Collaboration:

Partner with Recruiting, HR, and leadership to align internal and external communications, ensuring messaging is consistent, timely, and authentic. Measurement:

Track engagement and feedback on communications, using insights to continually improve content and strategy. Culture Building:

Support special campaigns and events (e.g., wellness initiatives, open enrollment, community involvement, recognition programs). Act as a cultural ambassador, bringing energy and creativity to employee experience initiatives. Print:

Coordinate design and delivery of print materials to support special events and internal promotions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5-7 years of experience in internal and/or external communications, preferably within HR or corporate environments. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences. Proficiency with email distribution tools; experience troubleshooting vendor/IT issues. Solid understanding of social media platforms and content scheduling tools. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proven ability to handle sensitive or complex messaging with professionalism and diplomacy. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Recruiting, and leadership teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, engaging, and culture-driven content creator. Strong attention to detail and brand consistency. Digital and social media savvy. Able to balance strategic messaging with day-to-day execution. Seniority level
