Eldon C. Stutsman, Inc. is looking for a motivated individual to grow with our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist at our Hills, Iowa location.
About The Job: As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic digital marketing plans and projects. This role will manage the digital Stutsman brand, including websites, SEO/AEO strategy, digital advertising and email and SMS campaigns. Ideal candidates will have experience with SEO and digital campaigns, with a data-driven approach to managing projects. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a salaried position with full-time hours, located in Hills, Iowa and reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and management of SEO/AEO strategy, including performing technical on-page SEO, link building, optimizing copy, performing ongoing keyword research, and implementing content recommendations Designs, implements, monitors and optimizes various paid digital campaigns (AdWords, social media and other PPC advertising) Collaborates with other marketing team members to design and execute digital campaigns or initiatives (paid ads, website, email, SMS, and social campaigns) Efficiently and effectively executes multiple projects simultaneously according to priority Manages websites, regularly updating content for relevancy, accuracy, and user experience, building out landing pages as needed Creates compelling copy for website and blogs Regularly updates project stakeholders on campaign and project progress, communicating information and ideas both clearly and concisely Monitors and analyzes websites and digital campaign performance, prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for optimization Continuously stays up to date on digital marketing trends and technologies, and evaluate their fit and effectiveness for implementation Understands overall company goals, division priorities, and product seasonality to assist in developing creative digital marketing and communication campaigns Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, agriculture, business or a related field is required Minimum of 3 years of work experience in digital marketing and communications is required Knowledge and experience with SEO/AEO best practices Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads Proficient in Google Analytics as well as data analysis and reporting HTML, CSS, and overall web UX principles is required Wordpress experience required, WooCommerce and e-commerce experience preferred Prior experience or background in the agriculture and/or transportation industry is preferred, but not required Email and SMS marketing campaign experience is preferred Understanding of design principals and experience using Adobe Creative Suite is preferred Ability to problem solve, be resourceful and adapt when necessary to promptly complete work Ability to professionally interact and collaborate with others in a team-oriented environment Strong writing skills are a plus Possess strong project and time management skills Occasional duties outside of traditional work hours may be required, as needed Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation Benefits
