Graphic Designer job at Lilla P. New York, NY. Lilla P is seeking an energetic and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team in our downtown Manhattan showroom. This role shapes and maintains the visual identity of our brand across all platforms—from our digital storefront to our printed lookbooks. If you have strong graphic design skills, a passion for fashion, and solid organizational abilities, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate sits on the Marketing & E-commerce Team and reports directly to the Marketing Director. They will serve as a central creative hub, collaborating closely with Wholesale and Design departments to produce print and digital marketing materials. Responsibilities
Digital & E-Commerce Assets Design and production of all digital marketing and e-commerce assets, including website graphics, email/CRM campaigns, display advertising, affiliate marketing materials, and paid/organic social media content. Contribute to UX/UI template creation for online interfaces (mobile and desktop). Partner with the E-commerce and Social Media teams to plan and execute seasonal and ad-hoc photo shoots. Print & Brand Development Create all print assets, including lookbooks, line sheets, and other retail/wholesale collateral. Maintain and evolve the Lilla P brand guidelines, contributing to the evolution of the brand image. Execute branding design updates as needed. Perform digital photo retouching and editing with an understanding of creative and production processes. Collaboration & Production Management Execute on creative briefs submitted from various departments, managing multiple projects from concept through final delivery. Partner with the E-commerce Manager on asset organization, management, and archiving for wholesale and direct-to-consumer usage. Manage project timelines and deliverable deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Who You Are
You are a self-managed, proactive, and highly organized team player with a keen eye for design best practices, particularly in fashion and retail. Required Qualifications & Experience
1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Production Artist, preferably within a digital agency, fashion, or retail brand. Bachelor’s Degree (emphasis in Graphic Design preferred). Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Extensive knowledge of best practices for both web execution (UX/UI, mobile/desktop interfaces) and pre-press print execution. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work effectively under tight deadlines. A keen eye for current design trends in photography, typography, and layout. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and constructive approach to teamwork. Bonus Skills
Proficiency in Lightroom CC, Adobe Premiere Pro/Rush, and/or Adobe XD. Experience or knowledge of photography and/or videography. Benefits and Compensation
