Business Management:
Strategically manage the territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope product line. Execute sales strategies and techniques to realize opportunities identified in Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis. Be a Trusted Partner:
Generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding customer needs, building rapport, and delivering presentations with creative solutions. Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts. Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets:
Conduct high volumes of sales activity through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations. Forecast business potential to ensure a sales pipeline supports monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Understand Your Market:
Learn industry and market information to adapt to shifts in demand and strategy. Engage in strategic planning and execution and provide accurate sales reporting to leadership. Qualifications
The Basic Requirements: 2+ years B2B outside sales experience Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine) Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds Must reside within the territory; Asheville, NC preferred Required overnight travel is 3-5 nights per month, on average, to cover territory that includes Eastern TN, Western NC, and Northwest SC Required travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meetings, regional meetings and in-person training as needed Key Attributes: Driven:

Additional Commission Potential:
