Coordinating Producer

Oversee the entire production lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and meets production expectations Manage many projects, personnel and production schedules simultaneously Ensure content aligns with Overtime’s content strategy and production philosophy Plan large-scale production shoots including media days and branded projects Manage and guiding production teams, including producers, editors, DPs, associate producers, PA’s and other production staff Maintain clear and consistent communication with all team members, including field crews, editors, and other production personnel, ensuring seamless workflow. Monitor and sure the quality of the final product, making sure it aligns with the creative vision and meets established standards. Assign production personnel to events, projects and edits and managing resources efficiently. Oversee logistics, including scheduling, edit workflows, and technical aspects of production Contribute to the development and execution of content for various platforms, including live broadcast, Youtube, and streaming platforms
