Dynamics 365 CRM Lead with DevOps Work Location & Reporting Address:

CI/CD Pipeline Management:
Automate build and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions like CRM, Power Pages, Data Migration, Data Factory, Function. Manage solution packaging and deployment across environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod). Environment & Configuration Management:
Maintain multiple Dynamics 365 environments. Automate environment provisioning and configuration. Source Control Integration:
Manage CRM customizations and solutions in Git repositories. Implement branching strategies and version control. Automation & Scripting:
Use PowerShell and Azure CLI for automation. Automate solution exports/imports, environment backups, and data migration. Monitoring & Logging:
Set up monitoring using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. Track deployments, performance, and errors. Security & Compliance:
Manage role-based access control (RBAC) in Azure and Dynamics. Ensure secure DevOps practices and compliance with data policies. Required Tech Stack
1. DevOps Tools:
Azure DevOps Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Artifacts; Git Source control (Azure Repos, GitHub); Power DevOps Tools For Dynamics 365 solution automation 2. CRM & Power Platform:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales, Customer Service, etc.; Power Platform Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI; Dataverse Data platform for Dynamics and Power Platform 3. Scripting & Automation:
PowerShell automation scripts for CRM and Azure; Azure CLI; YAML for defining Azure DevOps pipelines 4. Cloud & Infrastructure:
Microsoft Azure App Services, Key Vault, Storage, Functions; ARM Templates or Bicep Infrastructure as Code (IaC) 5. Monitoring & Logging:
Azure Monitor; Application Insights; Log Analytics 6. Security & Identity:
Azure Active Directory (AAD) Identity and access management; RBAC; Key Vault secure secrets management
