We’re looking for a
Creative Strategist
who lives at the intersection of
ads and conversion . You’ll partner with media buyers to uncover opportunities, shape ad strategy, and guide our design team to produce
high-converting, on-brand creative . On top of that, you’ll help optimize landing pages, funnels, and offers to make sure every dollar spent on media works harder. What You’ll Do
Partner with media buyers to analyze creative performance and spot new opportunities. Research competitors, consumer trends, and top-performing ads to fuel new concepts. Develop ad angles, hooks, and formats across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond. Write creative briefs and delegate to design/copy teams to bring ideas to life. Provide clear creative direction and feedback to ensure brand consistency + performance focus. Audit landing pages, sales funnels, and ecommerce sites to identify CRO opportunities. Create hypotheses, run A/B tests, and partner with dev/design to implement CRO improvements. Track results and share learnings to continuously improve creative + conversion outcomes. What We’re Looking For
Background in performance marketing, CRO, or creative strategy. Solid understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads). Familiarity with CRO tools (Google Optimize, Hotjar, GA4, Shopify/Woo, etc.). Strong analytical skills — you can turn metrics into actionable creative/CRO ideas. Copywriting chops for ad hooks, angles, and conversion-focused messaging. Eye for design and UX — able to guide designers on both ads and funnels. Strong communication skills to bridge media buying, creative, and CRO. Why Join Us
